I recieved this watch last week and i really adore it. Smaller than I expected. the day and the dateis great as well. It is very classy and grown-up. I would reccomened this to a friend.

This watch was purchashed as birthday gift for wife. Although she owns other more expensive watchs she has worn this since she received it. She particularly likes the appearance, the date feature and the fact that she will never have to replace a battery or manually wind the watch. She is very happy with the assumed quality as I have worn a Seiko automatic model since 1969.

I have had Seiko watches before and always was pleased with the appearance and quality. I really wanted an automatic Seiko since I had bought my husband one and he really liked it. I bought this watch for myself and would return it if I didn't have to ship it back to Overstock. The watch looks great just what I wanted, but does not keep time. Sometimes it has to be reset more than once a day. It could be I just got a bad watch, but I not recommending anyone buy this watch.

Overstock say it is 3 bar water resistent.The manual says do not put it in water, just splash resistent!??

I am a collector of fine watches, but Seiko has excellent quality. I still have one from when I was 13 yrs old runs great & I am now 39 yrs old! This automatic looks so rich and keeps excellent time, never needing to replace with a battery. I wear this more than my more expensive watches. You will love this watch. Great as a gift or to treat yourself. Looks like you've spent much more.
