      worked as stated although a little confusing to set. frequently gets wet and often gets hit while working but has never failed. like that a battery is not needed and that it has both day and date. when it finally stops working or begins to lose time i will have it cleaned and repaired even if it costs what the watch originally cost as the features make it worth keeping.

    • Heavy-Duty Instrument!

      I own about 45-50 watches of various qualities and combinations from $30 to $2500. This watch ranks right at the top for functionality, durability and fun to fiddle with. Accuracy is good for an automatic (+7 seconds per day) . Compass IS usable if you follow instructions. Watch IS hackable to some extent (like holding the second hand still to calibrate with accurate time). Impressive size, quality and weight (about 1/2 pound).

    • Everyday Watch

      I had this watch for over a week . It has been keeping perfect time. It is a nice and durable watch which I have had my compliments. My wife loves it and wishes there was a women's version. I had 2 links taking out at the jewery store and was complimented and was asked where did I get it . The only issue I have with the watch is trying to figure out the compass feature. It does not list how to work it in the manual. I seen other reviews with the same issue. If looking for a nice diver's watch, this would be a great choice.

    • watch is working great

      I have only had this watch for a month so I can't comment on the durability. I dropped the features rating only because the package came without clear directions for its use, and I had to search on line (two minutes) to learn how to use the functions; and because the compass function will probably never be used. Having said that I will comment that the watch feels hefty and solid, it was relatively easy to set the date and time, albiet I have to reset it at the beginning of any month with less than 31 days. I have been swimming with it but have not had an opportunity to dive deep yet. I like the watch and I think the price was fair and delivery quick.
