This watch is powered by automatic movement which means the winding of the spring occurs automatically when the wearer moves his arm. However, it is recommended that you manually wind the watch at least once every two weeks. It is also important to adjust the time once a month as automatic movement can gain or lose a few minutes a month.

Good condition. However, the description is not exact. The Model No should be SNXJ90K.
A nice looking watch, but I find that it doesn't keep time as well as other watches I have owned. It gains about 10 minutes every few days.
For the price the watch was spectacular. My last watch was a seiko, which I still have after 10 years. So I am hoping to have longevity out of this one aswell. Just be careful what type of shipment you take from overstock. Even for the regular ground, it took forever. Was one of the longest shipping I have ever been apart of in my life. Was kind of ridiculous. That was the only downfall involving this watch.
The Seiko 5 Men's Automatic Two-tone Steel Watch is a real find. It is a handsome piece that can just as appropriately be worn for dress as for casual. The two tone (gold and silver) detail is quite stylish and lends to the watch's versatility. The clear back adds to the expensive look of the piece. It has all the features I was looking for - day of the week, month of the year and self winding - and setting is relatively easy. Additional links for increasing band size were easily obtained by calling the Seiko 800 number in the manual. I bought this as a gift for my husband. He was delighted and is completely satisfied.
