Brand new out of the box, the ring was a perfect engagement ring for me, and the two-tone metals gave it a subtle flair that set it apart. Not flashy but certainly a nice-looking piece. The ring is very durable, structure-wise. It has not dented or changed shape at all in the month or so I've had it. HOWEVER: the surface has scratched and scuffed very easily. It's still very new and already is so badly marked up that it just looks dirty and dingy all the time, which is a real letdown for me. From far away you can't see the scratches, but up close you see all the scuffing before you notice the diamonds or the two-tone styling. Maybe some guys won't mind the band getting dingy-looking so fast, but for me it was not worth the money I spent. I'm very disappointed with the aesthetics of this ring after just a little bit of use. The structural quality seems fine though. Buy 1/2 size up, as is typical with thick bands.
