I had some trouble purchasing this watch. The first one I received looked like it had been returned. The watch wasn't secured in the box, an extra item was missing and the crystal was chipped. Overstock gladly accepted the return and paid the return shipping. The second watch I received had a dead battery and a bracelet link was on the wrong side. I took it to a local jeweler to have it fixed and Overstock paid for the repairs. It was a bit of a hassle, but Overstock honored their policies and I ended up with a great product. They may want to inspect their items, especially the higher priced ones, a bit closer to avoid sending out seconds or damaged goods.

This is a beautiful, light-weight watch. No need to take it off while going through the metal detectors of airports, federal buildings, etc. because it won't set off metal-detectors. Does not seem to be too sturdy; my band now comes loose and needs to be reattached from time top time. It's not the kind of watch one wears every day. But the style is very nice and Rado has a very good name. I'm very confused why Overstock says this is a four-thousand dollar watch. The fact is, and you can easily check this out, the watch has a MSRP of under $2000 and the regular street price is now under $1000.00. Thus, Overstock has a fair price on this watch, but it not a $4000 watch as indicated. Plus, this is a discontinue watch no longer manufactured. Overall, this is a very nice watch, a watch few people have. If you like it, buy it. You'll be happy with it.

i received my watch in avery timely matter. what disappionted me was that there was no registration card or warranty card in the watch box.
