Purple Pearl and Oval Amethyst Double-knotted Bracelet (6-7 mm)

This is a lovely bracelet--very, very pretty. I took it out of its package and tried it on. The bracelet fastens with a button that slides through a loop of thick string. The bracelet was loose on me and the button slid easily though the large loop of string. On removing the bracelet, however, the button flew off. It appears that the button was fastened to the bracelet only by being glued to some thick string stuck into the button hole. I can't imagine how that could possibly be expected to hold up to even occasional wear. Perhaps the bracelet I received hadn't been set up properly and the button was meant to have been attached in some other fashion. I contacted Customer Care via online chat and Seymour was very helpful in resolving the situation for me, so other than some inconvenience, I'm no worse for the wear.
