ordered for partner and within 24 hours we realized that product was faulty. The second hand kept hanging upon the hour/minute indicator. I have returned and in process of getting refund. I even put it on a automatic winder and it still did not wind enought o keep it from stopping and needed to be shaken to get second hand to rotate and then it would hang up again. I have bought used rolexes in past from other dealer in local area,not onine. I still would consider a used rolex and actually had to get local one to replace so christmas arrived as planned. so, not a reflection on overstock.com. so far, they have been understanding and in process of returning/getting refund. The poor rating was for this particular watch, not the company
