Where else can you buy an automatic (mechanical self-winding) watch for this kind of price? I bought mine for under $40 when Overstock first introduced this watch a few months ago. I have worn this at business functions and I have never received so many inquiries and compliments about a watch. It was a conversation starter in some cases with questions like: "Let me see that watch...What kind of watch is that--a Paneri?" It's size would seem to be similar (actually it's even larger--this is a BIG watch); but, this is no Paneri! Doing a web search for Prague watches, I could not find any info other than Overstock. So, there's not a lot to go by. I like the big black easy-to-read numbers (good for older eyes) and the uncluttered face. The big dial seems to make the sweep second hand appear to move even more smoothly (mechanical watches do not "spring" from second to second as do quartz watches). The black leather watchband with contrasting white stiching adds a sporty and even more upscale look and feel. A few things that bother me, though: the date window is too small given the size of the dial and numbers; making it hard to see; only the hands are luminous; and unlike my other automatic watches, this watch seems to run slow (my others seem to run fast). However, this is a function of the owner, your movements and how you wear and store your watch. Hey, at this price, if it bothers you, take it to a jeweler for a timing tune-up.
