Good value for diamond earrings

I bought the pair and received them within 5 days. The earrings only come in a basic box and a packing slip (no appraisal). I went to a local jeweler and he estimated that the earrings were a shade under 1/2 carat, one diamond was better than the other, the other diamond having some more inclusions, both rated in the H-I color range, and rated I1 for inclusion range. He thought that the value should be around $650-700 or so. Since i paid $500, I think this was a good value. He thinks that the overstock.com range of S1-I1 is too wide and can greatly influence the value of the diamond (i.e. you're more likely to get the bottom of the range). He also said that the earrings should be much more similar to each other, in my case it is not. To my naked eye, they look fine. A little small but in my girlfriend's ear, i'm sure they'll look proportional. I used an online coupon that shaved 10% off my purchase. I suggest searching for coupons prior to buying.

The Platinum 1/2 ct diamond stud earrings was exactly the color and clarity that I was looking for at a fraction of the cost. I had them appraised and they were the color and clarity that was advertised of them.

I bought these for my wife last Christmas...I was so worried about the quality and clarity of these diamonds. I was absolutely shocked at how great these earrings are. The stones are beautiful, the platinum setting is just a bonus. DO NOT have any worries about buying these diamonds, it is a great deal and you will not be dissapointed...

diamond/platinum studs

I gave these to my daughter as a 30th-birthday present. I was looking for a bargain, but wanted the earrings to be brilliant enough to go with her beautiful engagement ring. She is very pleased with them and says they're so comfortable that she doesn't even take them off. Getting them to her was not easy, however. The original pair looked noticeably mismatched in size, and Overstock sent the replacement pair to the wrong address, so that we almost missed the birthday.

I bought these for my mom for her birthday...

because she could no longer wear earrings due to allergies to everything. So we thought we would try platinum and though there is some tenderness, she wore them all night to dinner and the theater!!! They shine beautifully, the platinum accentuates the colorlessness of the diamonds and they sparkle like mad! They are well-made and the post is designed in such a way that they do not "droop" at all on the earlobe. Admittedly, I was jealous and wished I'd bought a pair for myself that week of the promotion. Great buy!!!

Platinum studs are a must-have accessory. They go with everything and never go out of style. Design aside, the diamonds themselves are works of art. These two beauties are flawless in every way. High end is defintetly the way to go when purchasing diamonds.

Replace

I lost my other diamond studs I purchased on Overstock. I was so pleased with the quality, I immediately came back here to buy another pair. I decided to get nicer ones this time and once again, they are beautiful. The diamonds are so bright and sparkly.
