Bought this based on the great ratings, but I'm afraid it's going back. I'm so disappointed. One reviewer said this looks "just like the one in the blue box" -- unfortunately, it does not. The chain onto which the beads are strung is not strong-looking, and I'm concerned it will break. The beads have an "x" cut in them --- the one in the blue box has smooth beads. The finish work on the loop (where the clasp attaches) is very poor and scratches against the skin.

Necklace did not hold up as it broke after being worn several times and felt that the chain that held the beads was not thick enough to prevent this from occurring.

This is a beautiful neckace. It is very classic and timeless. I wear it at work and when going out in the evening. It is a very good value.

This is a beautiful necklace at a great price. Looks exactly like the one that comes in the lblue box.

Absolutely beautiful necklace. Great craftsmanship. Only suggestion would be to buy an extender in addition. Being 17 inches long the necklace likely would fit the neck in more of a choker style but with a 1-inch or 2-inch extender (depending on your preference) lies beautifully.
