Not bad; not good.
The original watch sent to me did not work at all. The replacement arrived quickly and functions adequately. The watch is accurate as far as telling the time, but setting the date and day of the week can be time-consuming. The band is not particularly comfortable, either--there's just something about the feel of the rubber.
