I purchased this for my godson's mom as her very 1st Mother's Day gift. He was an August baby. She loved it! I have seen peridot pieces in the past that had a better, richer color to them than the ones in this necklace. They weren't cloudy, just not as rich as some I've seen. I'm not sure that I like the sterling silver/peridot combination so that could be part of the problem. In whole though, this can't be beat for the price. I was very happy w/this purchase, as I have been with everything I've ordered from Overstock.

I have been very pleased with all my jewelry purchases from overstock. This necklace is perfect for everyday wear or dress wear. The stones are all consistent with no visible imperfections. I also have bought two of the amethyst ones I bought one for myself and one for a friend. I highly recommend these necklaces.
