this is the first time i was not totally satisfied with my purchase of pearls and i have bought many from Overstock. the picture and description does not really say how flat and mishapen they can be. in the photo they look off round and a little irregular but mine were very irregular and it's not my taste. they do have pretty pale colors, nice luster and a great length for wearing as a double. they would still make a great gift because of the price. but if the person likes "close to perfect" pearls then don't buy this regardless of the price. look on this site for another necklace, they have many options.

The pearls featured in the photograph appeared mostly round in shape and the ones that I received were very irregular in shape and flat. The color was pretty (pale pinks and peaches) and price was good but I was not expecting them to be lumpy and misshapen so they're going back.

Purchased as a gift, this is a very versatile and stunning necklace. The only reason it received four stars for appearance is that the coloration of the pearls were very similar. This is more of a tri-colored piece of white, cream, and soft amber colored pearls. Still, it is very elegant and my friend absolutely loved it!
