      This necklace is fabulous. It looks very expensive. The quality is A+. It has substance to it. I got the white one. It's is absolutely adorable. The clasp is great. Very modern and chic. Can wear to work or out on the town. Love it! I'm a young adult, but would recommend to my mother or my grandmother who is 80!

      "I purchased this necklace and the Golden Freshwater Pearl earrings for a wedding in which I was a Bridesmaid. Although the Bride provided guidelines for our jewelry choices, she wanted her attendants to maintain individuality while keeping with her wedding theme of Simple Elegance. I am proud to say that this necklace received a compliment from the Bride on her wedding day. She commented that my jewelry was exactly what she envisioned for the Bridesmaids and she thanked me for embracing her vision. Thank you Overstock for selling this beautiful and substantial necklace at a not so substantial price. The golden color of the beads is vibrant, but still elegant. Although the lobster clasp is utilitarian and unattractive, this necklace is definitely now a part of my jewelry wardrobe."

    • I HATE this necklace

      I bought this necklace for my mother-in-law and was so excited to see them in person as I love pearls. I pulled them out of the bag and was incredibly disapointed. I should have read ALL of the reviews and then I would have seen that they were monster beads. OMG they are a ridiculous size! I tried the necklace on to see if it looked better and there was a slight improvement. We don't have time to look for something else so this is what she is getting, but I'm embarrased that I picked out something so ugly and cheap looking. I cannot believe there are so many good reviews. Hopefully she likes it anyway.

    • Isn't it a Pitty?

      The high praises this necklace received gave me the confidence to order it. My expectations were reasonably high. When I finally did receive the necklace (no more than two days after ordering it!), I was sorely disappointed. The shell beads were pitted, scratched, dented, and unattractive. I?ve begun the process of returning it and will not be ordering a replacement. However, because I am a person who does not like to say only negative things, I will say this: The silver findings were beautifully crafted...the colour was also nice, as was the overall craftsmanship. The only problem being that these qualities are not good enough to redeem a necklace of acne-ridden beads.
