This necklace is fabulous. It looks very expensive. The quality is A+. It has substance to it. I got the white one. It's is absolutely adorable. The clasp is great. Very modern and chic. Can wear to work or out on the town. Love it! I'm a young adult, but would recommend to my mother or my grandmother who is 80!

I bought this necklace for my mother-in-law and was so excited to see them in person as I love pearls. I pulled them out of the bag and was incredibly disapointed. I should have read ALL of the reviews and then I would have seen that they were monster beads. OMG they are a ridiculous size! I tried the necklace on to see if it looked better and there was a slight improvement. We don't have time to look for something else so this is what she is getting, but I'm embarrased that I picked out something so ugly and cheap looking. I cannot believe there are so many good reviews. Hopefully she likes it anyway.

The high praises this necklace received gave me the confidence to order it. My expectations were reasonably high. When I finally did receive the necklace (no more than two days after ordering it!), I was sorely disappointed. The shell beads were pitted, scratched, dented, and unattractive. I?ve begun the process of returning it and will not be ordering a replacement. However, because I am a person who does not like to say only negative things, I will say this: The silver findings were beautifully crafted...the colour was also nice, as was the overall craftsmanship. The only problem being that these qualities are not good enough to redeem a necklace of acne-ridden beads.

Very high quality artificial pearls, nicely knotted. The wonderful weight and lustre are magnificent. Not a fancy clasp, but made of sterling silver and a heavy ring clasp, necessary to hold the necklace safely. ( I have two of these necklaces, one in South Seas grey and one in white, in two lengths. I changed the clasp on the shorter, grey necklace to a fancier toggle clasp, but it was not necessary). I am very pleased with these purchases.

i ordered these "fakes" in pink. everything about them screams "high end"' the color is a pleasing light to medium pink with even tone. the luster is equal in appearance to natural pearls. the large 12mm springring clasp closure is easy to use . individual hand knotting and french coiling take these up another notch. nothing not to like.

I was disappointed at this necklace and the surprised at the high reviews. The one I received was not strung properly and has half an inch of yarn sticking out between 2 beads. The clasp was hard to open. I got the grey one and disappointed with the fake looking color as well. I don't want to wear this, too embarrassed to give it to someone else and too much of a hassel to return it

I bought and sent the necklace to my mom for Mother's Day and she loved it. She said she was very impressed by the way it was packaged to the way it looked. I'm very happy with the out come and I would recommend it to everyone.

This is a lovely necklace, with a wonderful weight to it. I purchased the necklace in champagne. It looks very expensive. Other reviewers are right about the look of the clasp - it doesn't really fit the quality of the necklace, but I don't think that it is that noticable when it is worn. The clasp is large, but not overly so. My issue with it is the casual style and the silver color. Because the beads are so large this piece is more like a 16" necklace, so be wary if you have a large neck. I originally purchased this for my mother in-law, but upon receiving it and noting the smaller diameter (she has a larger size neck) I am keeping it for myself! I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase.

I ordered the chocolate brown and the grey shell pearl necklace. I returned the chocolate strand because I didn't like how the shell pearl beads were strung which white thread. I would have kept them if they had been strung with a darker color thread. Otherwise, I love my grey shell pearls. Will probably order a another set in a different (lighter) color. The clasp is large, but does not bother me at all.

Great necklace. First day I wore it, friends asked if it was real. I bought the chocolate colored necklace. Great color, luster and size. Wish the clasp was nicer.

My wife loved it. The necklace itself was alittle heavier then i thought it would be,but it looks great with dress clothes and jeans. The clasp would look better as gold but i understand that might drive up the price. This is worth the price. RG

I purchased this necklace in Shimmering White and South Sea Gray. Both are very versatile for business and social occasions. The necklace makes a bold and classy statement for a fraction of the price of a freshwater or South Sea pearl strand. The clasp can be a bit tricky to operate, but I still highly recommend this piece.
