  I normally wear 18g nose screws in both of my nostril piercings. I was wanting to swap my one nostril to gold jewelry to match the other and this seemed like I couldn't lose with this price (despite that I would sacrifice the size of my piercing). When I got it, it was impossible to put in; I'm I've been wearing nostril screws for since I've gotten my piercings. The 'screw's' twist was too sharp for my to get it in my piercing without immense pain. With some modifying, I could probably re-work the bend (but since it is so thin, I run the risk of breaking the post). With that said, it's not worth it for me, I'll probably go back to my custom jeweler and have him make me a nicer piece for a little more money.

  • How accurate was the sizing? A little off (seemed thinner than a 20G)
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Okay, not the best

  I was quite disappointed when I received this product. While it was visually the same product the size was completely wrong and I had to return it. I will not be purchasing gauges from O again.

  • How did the image on site compare with the actual product? The image was identical, but one cannot gauge size from an image online.
  • How accurate was the sizing? Completely inaccurate, says 00 but in fact was a size 2
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. quality seemed fine

  These earrings are pretty awesome. I fooled a couple people but anyone with real gauges can spot the difference. They're very comfortable to sleep in and no more earrings poking me behind my ear. I don't know how I got along without these. My only issue is if you clean them and your ears with rubbing alcohol, it's somewhat difficult to get them screwed all the way back together without causing a bunch of friction. Other than that, I love them.

  I was not satisfied with the quality of the product. The shape makes insertion difficult, and the jewel was not set securely.
