The watch is very stylish and the price is great, however, the bezel with the michele logo came off and I didnt even realize. When I try to contact the company, they didnt respond to my email and just has instructions to return the watch for repair. I'm not sure if this is going to cost me and i really dont feel comfortable returning the watch without speaking to someone

This is a stunning watch. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my sister, which was risky because she does not like big watches. She brought it on our NYE cruise and she absolutely fell in love with the watch. It's lightweight because of the rubber strap, but still substantial. Price was good and the delivery was the fastest I have ever received. I'm still shaking my head about how fast I received it. Do not hesitate to buy this watch.
