This exquisite Michael Valitutti ring features an oval frosted aquamarine accented by pear-cut green amethysts and round-cut green saphhires. Crafted of palladium silver with a beautifully designed ring shank and touches of 18-karat yellow gold vermeil, the ring shines with a highly polished finish.
