A screw-down crown (knob) creates a water-resistant seal. To unscrew the crown, turn counter-clockwise and pull/push into position to set time, date, and other functions. To close the crown, press it against the case and turn clockwise.

Nice watch. I have a similar watch in Bulova which I like the apearance of better because the Bulova watch has small diamomds around the face of the watch for a more feminine look. This watch is pretty stark and manly with no sparkle, which is ok if you are a no fuss person, not me though, I am a blitz girl. I was somewhat disappointed but will keep it.

The Bulky watch
I would nor reccomend this watch it is too big a bulkey not foe a womans wrist its ugly ...
