The customer service was excellent. The first one I ordered had to be returned for sizing and a defect. They were very prompt and friendly. There is a slight irregularity in the coloring of the black diamond. I am not familiar enough with the coloring process to know if this is normal. But it's barely noticeable. I definitely recommend this ring to someone who is looking for a unique alternative to an engagement ring.
