Very small ring
I loved the look of the ring, but when I received it, it was tiny. It is a nice quality, but way too small for my liking.

misleading picture
Where to begin, I ordered the ring a week and a half before christmas with the hopes of proposing christmas morning. I was guaranteed delivery before christmas. The ring arrived december 23rd but did not have the wedding band in the package. I called overstock customer support who was very veeybhelpful in assisting me. It took 2 weeks for the warehouse to track down the matching band and andrew a. From the customer service team kept in contact with me the entire time. They ended sending the replacement ring and it was 2 sizes smaller than the original ring I had ordered. Customer care refunded *** for the trouble and another *** to get it properly sized. The ring is beautiful but is not like pictured. There are only 7 black diamonds on the wedding bacd which was only revealed after the jewelers cleaned it with the untrasonic machine. It is still beautiful but misleading. In short, I was very very pleased with the way customer care handled the mistake and that is the only reason I will order more items in the future! Thank you *** in jewelry for allbof your help and constant contact and concern!
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? was not acurate at all after I had it cleaned at the jewelers. there are not as many black diamonds and the picture would suggest.
- How accurate was the sizing? absolutly not. I ordered a size 7 and recieved an 8 and the smaller band was a size 6!
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. the ring after being cleaned looked nice and wasnt like pictured but still beautiful.
