I bought this ring for my gf at the time back in July. I proposed the end of August. She absolutely loved the ring and it was just her style. However this ring has caused her more tears than joy in the past few months. I kid you not , in less than three months she has been able to wear it maybe a week because it's spent most of the time being repaired. A total of three prong settings have broken off. We are now at the point she just carries it around in her purse and cries thinking about the ring. This is not okay. Do not put your fiancée through the same ordeal. It is not worth the money. Ive already spent $120 in repairs.
Shortly after the ring was scheduled to be delivered I realized that I had the wrong address and the ring has been sent back to the warehouse. I was a little trouble because was intended to propose a few days prior to me flyin back to Arkansas from Washington onand business. So i contacted your customer service department In hopes to still get the ring in time to propose and they got it to me within 2 days Of me calling back with the correct address. EXCELLENT SERVICE. I couldn't be happier. THANKS A TON
