The Bracelet came to me in record time. I ordered it December 14th and received it December 17th. It is a very masculine, and has a shine that is eye catching. However, the first time I put ti on the clasp came off, the pin holding it to the Bracelet either fell out or was missing ! I contacted Customer Care and the problem was handled very courteously, professionally and expeditiously ! I was given the option of returning it or keeping it and having it repaired locally. They no longer had any of the same Bracelet so I chose to keep it and have my Jeweler fix it ! The Gentleman that I was dealing with ask if I would hold for a minute, he returned and informed me that he had spoken with his Supervisor and was authorized to give me a specific percentage in credit for my inconvenience ! This is a company that knows how to treat their customers ! If Overstocked.com treats all of their customers as I was treated than they will be around for a long time and have very happy customers !

This is a great bracelet for the price. I wear it everyday.

Everything was perfect... Except the end of the bracelet. My boyfriend loved it but hated the fact he couldn't put it on right away. He hasn't taken it to the jewlery shop yet because of the busy schedule. I would recommend this as a gift but if you get it for someone else just make sure it clasps before you give it to them.

I purchased this bracelet for both me and my boyfriend to wear as a commitment symbol. I think that this piece of jewelry is absolutely beautiful. It is subtle, but elegant and very versatile. The only complaint I have is that the clasp on my boyfriend's bracelet may already be broken, and he hasn't even had the bracelet for one month. Mine is doing fine, though. Other than that, I love it.
