Where is the engraving???!
The ring arrived without the engraving!!!! I'm very disappointed. Now I must take time to return the item and re-order. I'm not confident that the replacement ring will include the engraving.

it is a bit bulky but a nice ring, just didn't have the engraving as promised on either one...
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? I ordered this for the engraved part and it was not engraved, I exchanged it and was told the next one would have the Always and Forever and it still didn't. I was told I would be contacted with what to do next and it has been a week....
