  I bought this as a gift and was a little saddened by the size of the dog tag itself. It's a little on the small side because it is not the length of an actual tog tag we are used to seeing. I believe it is called dog tag for its shape only Regardless the quality seems good and sturdy and that goes for the ball chain as well. It was okay just not what I expected. Overall a 3 for average

  i returned the product coz it did not meet my expectation. the back was too thin and it was very light.
