Somewhat misleading, I was looking for a true blue face watch, this only shows when light hits it at a certain angle.

WHEN YOU HAVE DIRECT SUNLIGHT ON THE FACE OF THE DIAL,YOU CAN SEE THAT IT IS A BLACK DIAL. STILL WOULD RECOMMEND TO BUY THIS WATCH. SPORTY LOOKING AND CANT BEAT THE PRICE,ON THIS CROTON.
