When I opened the package I was impressed by the the very nice velvet pouch it came in. But my necklace arrived in 2 pcs. The pearl drop had broken in half. I did not want to send it back because I really like it. It took me about 45 minutes to fix it. One of the rings holding all these pearls together was not closed. It was quite difficult to do because the pearls are so very close together. Finally I got the idea to use a spring ring clasp from a silver chain. After several attempts I got it back together. Cannot see my repair job because all those pearls cover it and I still would recommend this to anyone ...It is beautiful!

This necklace is fabulous, you can dress it up or down. The silk cord is a great touch-it really makes the necklace look great...
