I gave this to my adult daughter for a birthday gift. She likes receiving jewelry and I like to give it, since there are no sizing issues. This fit the bill ever so nicely, simple but elegant, understated but very pretty. My daughter loves it & wears it on many occasions as it goes easily with a v neck cashmere sweater or a little black dress. We both thank Overstock for really nice merchandise & the quick turn-around from oder to delivery.

I purchased this necklace to compliment the Maddy Couture Raindrop earrings (which were lovely) but when I received the necklace it looked like it had been thrown into a box and shipped. No care or precautions were taken to maintain its integrity and it was one giant knot when I opened it.When I was finally able to undo the knot I saw that the chain is actually really flimsy and seems like it could break with one tug.I would recommend the earrings, but find another necklace to match...

I just returned this necklace. It arrived totally twisted and, after 5 minutes of trying, I just gave up. I also decided just to return it because it was not worth the cost. The diamonds are not at all obvious--the necklace looks much cheaper than it is. The hanging drops just look like some sort of sparkly silver. I didn't see any flashes of diamonds at all. The workmanship was unimpressive. I've seen costume jewelry look a lot better than this at a fraction of the cost.

I purchased this necklace to wear to a wedding. It is very feminine and accompanies a pair of stud earrings very well. I normally do not wear necklaces so making the decision to wear one to this occasion caused me to be very picky about my ultimate choice. The weight of it is adequate and it seems like something that can be worn casually as well. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

this necklace is elegant, graceful and perfectly understated. it hangs nicely and elongates the neck. it sparkles just enough. i was pleasantly surprized at its quality for such a bargain price.

After shopping around for a little while, I found this necklace to be a steal and bargain wrapped in one. I bought this for my girlfriend as a birthday gift and we were both pleasantly surprised by it. She loves it and wears it with great joy on any occasion she can dress-up for. It arrived in speedy fashion in a little nice box. The chain is good size and holds the two teardops ( with diamonds throughout) nicely. Unlike other reviews, the necklace was not tangled when I got it (guess it's just luck of the draw), you never know how it will arrive. It goes through handlers, so you really can't blame anyone. All in all, a great bargain at a great price. Like any one thing, you get what you pay for.

I bought this item for al graduation gift and thought it was very nice, however the raindrops didn't sparkle enough. Perhaps when worn they might look different.

Very lovely necklace. I wear it very often and love to show it off. I like it also because I can adjust the length so I can wear it with low cut or higher cut tops and it's always visible. I am very happy with the choice I made not only because I really like it but also because I have received many compliments on it, confirming my good taste....... Thanks

I bought the Maddy Emerson Raindrop Necklace first as a bridesmaid gift and as an after thought decided to buy the matching earings. I was not overly impressed by either product. Although, I do believe I would not have been able to find other jewlery with as many cararts for the price on another site.

I gave this as a Valentine's Day gift. First problem was that the chain was majorly tangled up in itself upon arrival. It took us two days to get it untangled. (Funny story: my wife was sitting in a legal continuing education seminar fussing with the chain. A guy sitting next to her noticed what she was doing, and asked if he could help. Two minutes later, he had it untangled. Amazing.) A few days later, she shyly asked me how much I paid for it. When I told her, she said, "No really, how much did it cost?" She was reluctant to believe I'd paid that much. I thought, "Oh well, I guess I'll get to see how good Overstock.com is with returns." Then the next day at church, she was wearing it and showing it proudly to friends, telling them I'd bought it for her. She continues to wear it and point it out to people. Go figure. So my conclusion is that she learned to like it and somehow figures that if I paid that much for it, it must be good.

I purchased this around Valentine's day for my girlfriend. It's not too extravagant, looks great and she loved it. Couldn't ask for anything more. Overstock even made good on their "guaranteed to be there by v-day" promise - no complaints on my end.

I ordered this necklace for my sister for Christmas. She was very happy with it and accused me of spending too much money on her for Christmas. It was delivered on time and for a reasonable price for the quality. I have not seen it myself but she seemed pleased.

I purchased this piece as a gift for my 24 year old daughter for Christmas. I was a little concerned that it would just be added to her fairly large collection of jewelry and only be worn once in a while. However, she's worn it almost continually since she got it. It's beautiful, very well made, and classic. If this peice came in yellow gold I'd get myself one.
