I read your client review and went to local watchmaker to cheque the status of the future battery replacement. To my disappointment I was inform that the watch can not be opened in the conventional way from the back. The only way to replace the battery is to remove the glass in the front of the watch! Who wants to bather with that - thank you but NO thank you... I'm returning the watch today.

This watch arrived quickly and was exactly as described...I love it! What a bargain, too. Also, I purchased it by going through igive.com and my favorite charity got a percentage of the sale. A win-win!!

I really liked the watch until the battery died after 5 months. Nobody will touch it. I am waiting word from overstock.com to see where I can take it to have a battery put in. Big Hassle. I have faith that they will come through. They have been very professional with everything else.

I bought this watch for my mother, and she absolutely loves it! It is very elegant and well-designed. I should have gotten one for myself too when it was on sale!
