when i got it it wasn't working i called and they sent me a free ups shipping download and sent me a new one in less than a week i really like there service

  • Did the image onsite match the product? looks just like the picture but better
  • Did the product fit true to size? not as heavy as it looks
  • How is the quality of the product? very very good quality
