I had ordered an older version of this watch last year that had a gold face instead of the white. That watch had a much slimmer profile, which usually signifies a much better quality watch. Other than that it keeps time well.

I am not thrilled with this watch. It appeared larger in the picture than in actually was. I have been consistently disappointed in the quality of merchandise since this company was sold. It is no longer overstock but just another retail outlet.
The Le Chateau watch is darling. It follows the fine design watch category. It is feminine, compact, and subtlely classic. Although, the band is not leather, so heavy wear is not recommended. The band is also more a vibrant dark red than brown as the picture indicates. But, the brown spots add a touch that make this watch just a little bit different from the mass and more attractive. This is a good piece for someone who appreciates thin faces and petite watches. The watch does look expensive and the diamond placed at the 12 oclock is quite eye catching, find myself glancing at it all the time. The watch is a steal for the price, given that fine design watches of this style will usually cost 10x more at a jewelry store. Great gift idea!
