Negative review title
I was very dissatisfied with this product, the only one that I have not liked out of all the products I have purchased from Overstock.com I fee; the quality of the product was poor and the description was very misleading.
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? The image was misleading
- How accurate was the sizing? N/A
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality of the product ws poor and some of the parts were missing. I think the package had been tampered with. Also, I ordered two watches and only one was shipped. Overstock gave me credit for the missing watch in a timely manner and I have returned the one I received and I have confiidence that Overstock will give me credit for the one I returned. Their Customer Service representative was very helpful and very pleasant and answered all my questions and then gave me instructions on returning the product.
