The adapter was not of good quality and burnt out in 2 minutes and so I replaced it all of the rest of the watch winder was terrific. Perhaps the seller did not realize we work on 240 v power . Thanks anyway

My husband and I were tired of our self winding watches stopping, so we did our research and decided to invested in this winder. When we received the first winder, we tested it but it did not work. We contacted Overstock, within days received a new winder before the we returned broken one. We tested it. The winder is on a regular moving schedule, we haven't had any problems with it. It's a very nice looking box. We are pleased with the purchase and with Overstock's quick and attentive response.
