  • Another home run by Invicta

    This may be the best deal in a watch I have ever come across. I have a more expensive Invicta Pro Diver Automatic, which is such a beautiful watch that I am reluctant to wear it day in and day out, so I was looking for something I could put to harder use. The band of this watch appears to be identical in weight and quality. Like the more expensive watch, this one is waterproof to 200 M and has a screw-down crown and magnifier at the date. The only difference is that the face and case is a tad smaller than my automatic, which is fine by me--still has excellent weight and density. The only other slight difference is that the ratchet action on the bezel is maybe not quite as smooth. Still, I have no idea why a watch that looks this great, with this kind of weight and presentation and these features, would msrp at only 135 dollars. It looks and feels like a watch costing hundreds and hundreds more, and you can dive and snorkel with it. Maybe it will fall apart in six months, but I doubt it. This will be my everyday and travel watch, for sure. Another amazing deal from Invicta.

    I liked this watch and it looked great on my wrist, which is relatively small. However, the example that I received did not work correctly. It would stop entirely at least once per day and would only start up again if it was tapped on. I haven't had problems with other Invictas. It's unfortunate because most of their watches are huge and look ridiculous on me, but this one was a much better size. At least the Overstock return process was easy.

  • Very disappointed!

    After reading other reviews that people had problems with the watch I decided to go ahead and take a chance because the price was good. The watch arrived very quickly. It worked perfectly for one day then the hour hand stopped working. I reset the time and the hour hand was misaligned. So, if the watch was set at 6:00 the hour hand was in the 6:45 position. These are not high quality watches. I ended up getting a Casio and it works perfectly. Overstock was very easy to deal with on the return.
