For the Invicta product line this watch does not compare to their other models, like the Subagua Noma or other diver models. So, in this sense it was disappointing as it didn't have their weight/bulk/solid feel typical of their other models. However, it remains a handsome piece, very appropriate for work/business suit and semi formal attire.

The Invicta II S1 Sport Chronograph is one of Invicta's most popular watches and is produced in a wide variety of ionic coatings, colors and faces. I have the Python version which has a stainless bracelet with ionic black interlinks and a black 'S' pattern face. After a year, the sapphire crystal still has no scratches looking brand new. But after using it during various workouts and in the pool, the bezel, which is ceramic (not stainless as stated), has lost most of its luminescent paint (probably due to the chlorine). The rubies on the tips of each of the sub-dials gives the watch a very upscale finish so that it doesn't look out of place if worn at a dressy occasion. The movement is quiet, smooth and precise, keeping excellent time, which is characteristic of a Swiss made timepiece. This is an impressive watch and would make an outstanding gift.

Just purchased this watch for a family member. He totally loved it!

This is a poor man's TAG Heuer formula. This watch has a similar look and feel at a fraction of the cost. Because it is different then all the other "Stainless" watches on the market I get a lot of great complements. Great value.
