I ordered this necklace because I love interchangeable anything. It is very pretty. I love all the stones but think my favorite colors will be red or black. I made the mistake of at first trying to open the necklace and it would not open .... and then i figured out the chain has to be removed for the chain is helping to hold it closed ...... so it will not open up and you would lose the stone once the chain is removed pull down gently from the top and it will open and there is a little place that you will put the stone. I did have a bit of trouble getting it to match up so that the chain would slide back through but right now everything works good I saw this necklace being sold for $40.00 on Ebay .. i dont think it is worth no 40 dollars but i am very happy with what i paid and how it looks The only thing i was not happy about was that it took me 3 weeks to receive the product. I did not know it would take that long and contacted the customer service chat 4 times and got a different answer each time. I am not sure if i would order anything again for that reason alone

I just received the necklace. I bought it for my counsin's birthday. I really liked it, but when i started trying to change out the stone it was a tad bit difficult. It was hard to get the stone to line up in the space, but other than that i really like it. It was also a little larger than i expected it to be.

lovely little piece of jewellery; my granddaughter(10 yrs) was quite thrilled with it and loved being able to switch stones. It was difficult to open at first as one worried about bending the silver. Overall, we were happy with this purchase.

I bought this for my fiance for a here i love you gift. She loved it. Chain seems a little flimsy, but other than that the product is great.

I bought this about a year ago for myself and I still LOVE IT!!! I wear it everyday and can even color cordinate it with my outfits. The chain is a perfect length, the heart is an elegant design, and the stones are all very shiny except the blue which is too dark it looks like black. I've gotton so many compliments, I would recommend this to anyone.
