Necklace looks great on, but color is not brown like pictured. It is more of an irridescent grayish black. Clasp is kind of cheap looking & sticks a little. Necklace itself is nice & heavy, though, & looks great with black/gray/charcoal colored outfits, much like a set of black pearls would.

This necklace looks much better in person, and nothing like the picture, which makes the beads look cheap. The beads are all even and are a sleek charcoal color, like hematite should look. It is cool to the touch and a good weight, as the beads are on the petite side. My diamond ring is larger than these in diameter. I wore it with a charcoal suit and black turtleneck. What a powerful combination! They look similar to black pearls, without the irridescence of a shell, it's a completely charcoal irridescence. Beautifully classic.

I do believe you will like this necklase. For me its the right size and I like the heavy feel, I know it will stay in place. Sometimes I don't feel what I have on and I'm always touching my neck just to feel that I still have my necklase, not with this one. If you like heavy you will like this one, if not then I say don't get it Just try it out and see for yourself.

The beads are very tight to each other making the necklace awkward. Clasp very cheap. I will pass it on at Christmas hope they like it.

Shiny, classy and sleek, crossed with the look and feel of tough-girl hardware. It is a combination (think diamonds and nails) that is completely empowering. This is why I love hematite.

I love the necklace. I have a love of hematite, so this fits the bill. It is very pretty and quite a deal considering that I have bought hematite rings for $20.00 with one stone. It would be nice if it were a little longer.

My daughter requested a Hermatite necklace, and this one really peaked my interest. We are both thrilled with the fabulous design and versitility. Yes...it is grey, like it should be, not brown like the pic.

Beautiful! Nice, solid weight . Looks good with casual or slightly dressy clothes. I wore it to work once and had several favorable comments on it. Clasp is a little hard to work - only small issue I have but even knowing all this before the purchase - I would still want the mecklace
