My wife bought me this watch for Christmas this past year 2009. It is very large and easy to read i have received many a compliment when i WORE it. However, The lever to change the month will not stay in place, you will push it back in all day long. I read a review from someone with the same complaint. I should have followed his advise. I wish overstock.com would allow me to substitute this watch for one i would be happy with, Oh well. You live and learn.

I have a red san marco and I love it. It is sturdy, big, and very comfortable. his watch is worth the money. I love the haurex san marco.

what a grate pice ... i had to retunr it for the size is for a big men really... but the costumer service in overstock is the best... so you can try it always...

I did not know much about nice watches, but I am very pleased with this purchase. very durable and useful. Easy to wear on my delicate wrists.

I bought this as a gift for my Husband. He loved it, until he wore it. The month kept changing everytime he bumped the side latch, and then the side latch kept flipping open....It's a beautiful watch, but decided to return it since he couldn't deal with messing with it all the time.

The watch looks nice, very sharp, big, designer looking. Only one issue I see with it: the bracelet is not well designed. It keeps oppening when I randomly hit one of the buttons. It does command attention from others, so if you like attention, get it.

I bought this watch for my husband for Christmas. The price and transaction were great but when I received the watch and was amazed at how enormous the watch was. Really, it looks like a giant would where it. The face of the watch in gigantic. I gave it to my husband as it was too late to get anything else and the first thing he said was that it was too big and the side thing would catch on everthing. Sorry, this item is being returned.

i bought this watch here about ~6 months ago..within a few days, it leaked .. then the large clamp on the side broke off a few weeks later. now, one of the smaller chronograph arms has also broken off and is loose inside the watch. and its not keeping accurate time.if you want a watch that looks great and dont care if it works, buy this one

To be honest, I was a bit disappointed by this watch. By no means does it look like it was originally worth $1,500 as Overstock states. I was very disappointed by the cheapness of the materials, especially given the cost. Mainly, the numbers and markings on the face of the watch look like shiny plastic pieces glued in rather than real metal. In my opinion, this watch has a very "tacky" style to it that you don't really notice until you actually see it in person. It's not classy in the same way a Citizen or Seiko would be in this price range.

This is a fantastic watch. The complaints about the watch band are overblown. The only challenge I had was figuring out how to adjust the band. After about 10 minutes I figured it out. This seems to be a solid value.

I have gotten so many compliments and it is comfortable and perfect size. Not too big but not too small either. This watch goes perfect for all occasions and it is the bomb. I love it and am thinking of getting it in different colors.

Great watch for value and appearance - very sharp. However, as others have commented in the reviews, the metal clasp on the rubber watch band keeps coming undone. Rather interesting set up. If Haurex had just used a rubber watch band with the standard pin latch theyd have a winner with this watch. Could'nt deal with the wrist clasp continually coming undone. Have returned the product today.

I bought this watch for my fiance for Christmas. It arrived quickly and I was very please with the way it looked. However, after his first time wearing it, the metal clasp on the band had cut into his wrist. Instead of the metal being under the leather strap and away from the skin, it is designed so it sits right on the wrist/skin. This makes it very uncomfortable to wear. For this reason, I had to return it.

Is what expected. Was hoping for attractive easy to use comfortable watch. Is a touch bulkier than anticipated, but thats ok too.

received my Haurex San Marco a few days ago and I am very pleased with it. I own a Rolex Sea Dweller and the craftmanship of the Haurex is comparable to the Rolex. Amazingly, the watch has kept perfect time . I would recommend this watch to anyone who enjoys an interesting looking and quality watch.

I waited prob a month before I actually purchased this watch because I was reluctant to buy it never having worn it or seen it in person. I finally gave in and took a chance because I was really feeling how the watch looked. I got the watch next day and its quality, size and fit are amazing. I'm in love with this watch. Its very similar to my Oris watch which cost 5x as much. So give in and buy it already you won't regret it.

Ok, so the watch is big, cool, bold...Overstock always delivers on time and I'm happy with the purchase. I just got it so we'll see how it holds up.

I bought this watch for my husband's bday. I love the way it looks but the fast release clasp keeps coming apart and he says that it hurts him sometimes cause the metal pokes into his skin. We will probably have to return it unfortunately.

I have never heard of Haurex before and had been deciding on which style to order for over a month until I saw this one and knew I had to have it. The picture by itself grabbed me and I ordered it on Thursday 11/13/08 and received on Friday 11/14/08(by surprise to me as I did not pay for overnight shipping...please don't get anyone in trouble...this was appreciated). This watch was better than the picture. It's a nice big and bold watch. I bought this for a friend and I know he'll love it. This watch really makes a statement.

I've never heard about Haurex before, but I really liked what I saw on the picture. So I had uncertainty on the quality of this timepiece, but I took the chance. And when I had it on my hands I was really surprised because what I got was far better than I expected: the quality of the materials and the whole appearance are superior. I am really happy and more than satisfied with my choice.
