Automatic movement winds with the movement of your arm. It is recommended that you wind the watch every two weeks.
A screw-down crown (knob) creates a water-resistant seal. To unscrew the crown, turn counter-clockwise and pull/push into position to set time, date, and other functions. To close the crown, press it against the case and turn clockwise.

Quality watch but.....................
A nice watch and with Titanium construction, very light weight. Loved it except one thing. The straps, its too short, insteda of the claimed 9 inches, I measure less then 7 inches, throw in the less than 1.5 inches case, it still aboout 8.2 or 8.3 inches long total. This is not a small sized watch, cant imagine it will look good on a thin wrists. An inch or so rubber should not cost that much more, may be a few cents ? To make matter worse, the straps are custom designed and the usual replacement straps will not fit. Measure your wrist before you order, if your wrist is more than 8.3 inches, it wont fit you. And forget about using it over a wet suit, only 5 atm anyway.
