I never thought I'd be able to afford a natural-emerald bracelet of this quality and I couldn't be happier. The pictures really don't do this magnificent piece justice. The price of this bracelet is unbelievable; the craftsmanship is clearly high-quality; the lovely natural emeralds are expertly set and very well matched. It would have been a value at three times what I paid for it from Overstock; as it is, this beautiful, stunning emerald bracelet is a STEAL. I love this bracelet! It looks much more expensive than the modest price. The first one I received had a clasp that did not work. I called customer service. They were more than helpful, arranged for return of the bracelet at no cost to me, and sent a replacement right out. I received it today and am delighted. The bracelet is beautiful and Overstock.com is a great place to shop.

• How did the image on site compare with the actual product? I ordered "green...it is perfect. The emeralds & diamonds are gorgeous, just like the picture.
• How accurate was the sizing? Perfect. I need a 7.5" bracelet and this one fit great!

Unfortunately.. and I think it was because the quantity was limited. I got my bracelet minus 2 of the emeralds. I loved the bracelet and would keep it otherwise. A little afraid to get just a repacement because it had not one .. but two stones missing. It probably should have been checked better before it was shipped. I have ordered many things from Overstock and have been very happy with the quality as a rule. This time, wasn't as good. I did request a return and had no problems getting the RMA. So that is all well and good.

• Did the product fit true to size? I have a small wrist, so I had to have my jeweler cut it down. The good news is the jeweler made me a pendant with the inch they cut off. It looks great!
• How is the quality of the product? The quality of the bracelet is wonderful. I love it.
