14k Gold and Enamel Lady Bug Necklace

My boyfriend had bought this for me for Christmas. I was worried about the thin, fine chain but I had worn it for a year before it finally broke when my fingers caught it while brushing my hair back. I still love the ladybug pendant so I put it on another gold chain of mine and I put on a thicker gauge so I don't worry about it breaking off and losing the cute little ladybug. I get compliments from everyone when I wear it (which is quite often) From little kids to older ladies have found it a charming, little *good luck* piece. I'm surprisingly very pleased with my little ladybug, even if the chain had broke. Just buy another heavier gauge chain, your still getting a great deal on the price of this!

I bought this lovely piece for my daughter and it is really adorable. The only negative would be that the chain is VERY fine. The enameling is lovely and it's a petite piece of jewelry. My daughter really liked the piece and has had many compliments on it. I do recommend the necklace.

The pendant is cute, and apparently widely available. Overstock had the best price I could find, however I wonder if they could offer the price by supplying an extremely thin chain. It is pretty, but I question its strength. Other sites offered the pendant and chain separately, where you could choose the gauge of chain. I wish I had known what those "gauge" measurements translated into, and had gotten a stronger chain, even if it cost a little more.

I purchased this Ladybug Necklace for my Wife for Christmas. I was very pleased with this necklace, its appearance, workmanship & price were what made this purchase a great one. Its appearance was just wonderful & my Wife loves it to death. I was extremely pleased with my purchase & will probably purchase from Overstock again.
