  bought several charms over a period of time and most of the rings broke from the body of the charm will get them repaired one day

  Usually 14kt gold jewelry will be stamped for authenticity, the charm wasn't. It didn't even appear to be plated with 14kt gold. At that price and weight it should have been solid 14kt gold and stamped for authenticity. :(

  After reading prior reviews, I was excited about this product. However, I was quite disappointed when it arrived. The shovel was bent (probably due to the softness of the gold) and did not move very freely. Also, when I spend $130 on a tiny piece of jewelry, I expect a cute little box, so the item can be presented nicely as a gift. Any department store would give you one. This item came in an unattractive, tiny plastic bag that looked like a small piece of saran wrap with bubbles. So, overall poor quality and poor presentation. Definitely not worth the relatively high price for these kinds of items.
