I am very pleased with my Sapphire Journey pendant. I was worried that the chain would not hold up, so I have purchased another chain for it, but otherwise, I love it! I have received many compliments on it, and am very pleased. I would recommend it to anyone, and am thinking about getting the blue topaz for my daughter. Thanks again Overstock!

For the price, I suppose I shouldn't have been surprised at my disappointment. The chain is extremely cheap. Staples are more durable, and possibly more attractive. The sapphires are so dark they appear black. There is not a speck of color other than opaque black. I was hoping for at least a tinge of blue. I'm sending it back.

Nice in appearance, nice to use as a gift for our 13 year old neice. Some of yhe pieces we have ordered are overly large and gaudy looking on arrival. This one was delicate and pretty.

I bought 5 of these in different colors for my Bridemaids. Most of the chains broke as soon as the ladies put them on. However, with new chains, they all still wear the necklaces. The sapphire one was SUPER dark. It looked black to me. I know the-darker-the-better with sapphires, but this one allowed almost no light through. I didn't like it, but the gal that rec'd it said it was fine.

Perfect gifts for my bridesmaids. Only thing I would say that I didn't care for, was that the stones were opaque. Would have preferred a little more sparkle. My girls loved their necklaces tho. And 3 years later they are still wearing them!

Gave this to my daughter for her birthday, since blue sapphire is her birthstone. She absolutely loves it. I printed out an explanation of the whole concept of a journey necklace, that it helps you to re-focus on your journey in life when you lose your way. It also is for a couple to express their journey together.

For the money it is an excellent gift!I just wish the sapphires were more blue.(It was a birthday gift & they look more like black sapphires than birthstone dark blue sapphires.)

For the price I was not expecting this quality. stones are darker than normal but is still a beautiful necklace.

This little necklace is simple & pretty, but not quite the "POP" I expected. The stones are very, very dark. The blue does not show up well. However, I do not regret the purchase. Well worth the money. Thanks!

I wasn't overly impressed, nor was I unhappy. For the price--the piece was ok. Nice chain, ok workmanship, and the stones were OK. They were cloudy, but nice blue color. The setting was fine. I would recommend this to a friend who needed an inexpensive little gift.

This pendant is lovely. I have the garnet and the amethyst ones, also. I adore them all.

I really like the journey style setting, and this pendent looks just like it was pictured with the nice deep blue sapphires. The only thing I would say is that if your particular about your jewelry like i am the silver setting on the sides is not smooth, but no one can notice this while you wear it. the chain that came with it is nice an strong with a sparkle to it...not the ordinary cheap chain you get with most pendents, and it has a nice length to it. It will complement all my other silver and white gold jewelry too.

A little darker blue than I anticipated. But it's pretty. It's a good graduation gift.

This Sterling Silver Sapphire Journey Pendant is a very good value. My wife loved it and I would tell everyone to purchase this for their wife or girl friend.

My dark blue sapphire pendant with chain was an excellent experience. It was easy to order this pendant with chain and it came quickly. The 7 stones are evenly matched in color and a good quality. There were no scratches on the stones and the stones are secure in the sterling silver setting. The chain is not thin or fragile, but a good thickness with a spring ring clasp. The chain reflects the light so it has a sparkle to it. I am very happy with my purchase.

Like for many things, pictures can be deceiving, and this item isn't really an exception. I just got it today and when I opened it, the chain was horribly knotted and half the stones look like they have a thin coating of silver paint on them. It's not worth it to return it, but I won't recommend this item, and I probably won't buy jewelry on here again.

This necklace has very deep blue, almost black looking stones. Very beautiful and elegant. If you love the journey pendant look without having to go crazy and spend hundreds of dollars, then this is the necklace for you. I personally love the journey pendant look and have wanted one for quite sometime but could never afford it, until Overstock.com came along!! The craftsmanship is superb and I would highly recommend this neclkace to anyone. I have also received many compliments on it.

the pendant was much bigger than expected. It was just what I was looking for for my daughter. She said she likes the darker sapphires. I have been looking at other pendants and this one is very comparable to the others I have been looking at.

So it's not the journey pendant in diamonds, but it definitely works. Solid, beautiful and well within the price range. You won't be disappointed.
