I had this sent to my mother-in-law living in an assisted living home. When I saw it months later, I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the chain. Any product is only as good as it's weakest part. It wasn't awful, but it was nothing the "write home" about either.

I was excited to receive this but when I received this necklace, was dissapointed. The stone was not purple, just white and looks a fake diamond instead of gemstone! I like the chain though. I will return it. I didn't realize I didn't view the prior reviews on this.

The image shown online does not represent the color of the actual stones. I thought the necklace would have a purple amethyst, but it is more like a VERY pale pink. It looks more like fake diamonds than a gemstone necklace. It looks so far from what I anticipated that I am going to have to order another necklace because the person I purchased this necklace for, I know will not wear the necklace that I received in the mail. I wish the picture more accurately portrayed the actual stone color, or lack there of.

I recently ordered 3 of these necklaces with the intention of giving them to my bridesmaids. When they arrived, the purple amethyst stone that is shown as dark purple was NOT dark at all. In fact, it was almost white looking, and looked the same as the rose de france stone. Additionally, they looked like they were cheaply made. Very disappointing and misleading. Returning all three.

What a wonderful necklace! My Fiance bought this for me as a just because gift. It was beautiful. When I looked online and saw the price I couldn't believe it. I looks like it's worth much much more. The length of the chain was just right and the stone was not small. What a great buy... I would recommend this as a gift or just for yourself.

I picked this because I liked the square, and unusual shape, and the fact it is made of semi-precious stones of a fairly large size. Pendant is fairly chunky and overpowers the dainty mid length chain more suited for a more delicate pendant. This is not a problem for me, since it was a gift for myself., and I planned to swap it out with either a thicker long chain, or maybe 2 layered choker length chains to balance out it's chunkiness, but maybe something to consider if sending as is as a gift. (to send an additional chain.)

i was so excited to get this peice only to be terribly disappointed when i got it. It was JUNK. the large stone was clear it looked like plastic. The chain came out of the package in a knot, and it was so thin and cheap i was afraid to untangle it for fear it would beak and i wouldn't be able to return it. So don't waste your time. I was truely bummed..

I bought this necklace because I was looking for an aquamarine pendant to match a ring. However, the "aquamarine" stone is pink in appearance. It's still a pretty pendant, but definitely not what I was looking for. Also, it is quite larger than I expected. I kept it because it was not an expensive piece, and I have received compliments on it every time I wear it.

The necklace appears on screen as two highly contrasting light and dark stones. When you receive the piece, the stones are almost identical in color. Also, the top stone is slightly crooked. This is the second time that I have received a piece that has a crooked stone. This necklace is definitely not what is pictured on the screen.
