I love these earrings! When I first opened the package and saw them, I thought the onyx was too small, but when I put them on, they were perfect! And I love the safety clasp so I don't have to worry about losing them. I wore them for days and days after I got them, they were so great! Love the fact that they dangle, and that was the most important part of my purchase, since so many don't. And they match the ring I got from Overstock! I just love them!

I would recommend these earrings to a friend ONLY after making them aware of this: The stones in these earrings are Very Nice and the macasite really sparkles, BUT, the earring backs are thin and mine broke trying to straighten it. I took them to a jeweler and am paying $25.00 to have a Sturdy back put on these. They will NOT last (backing) for anyone - I don't believe. I couldn't believe how THIN and FLIMSY the backs were. Beautiful stones, but plan on replacing the backs of them.

I absolutely love these earrings. I wear them all the time. I have had them for a couple of years now. The lever-back style is perfect because you don't have to worry about losing an earring or the back to one:) I get a lot of compliments on these little earrings. I would have given 5 stars except I am going to have order another pair because many of the little marcasite stones have fallen out over the last two years. However, the quality is great for the price.

These marcasite and onyx earrings are so cute. I get so many compliments every time I wear them.

The stones need to be better secured onto the earring base.

If you want earrings that are noticeable then these will work!

Only problem I have is the wire hook backings. So thin! Will not last more than 2-3 wearings & then I'm stuck with earrings with no backs. Only worn them once & was afraid one was going to break first use! This is the first product i've received from Overstock that I have been disappointed in. Don't waste your time buying these. Buyer beware!

I agree with one of the other reviewers in that the onxy inlay looks smaller than teh picture. The wires are a bit flimsy looking - they don't sit straight so am a bit nervous about bending them into the correct alighnment. They seem cheaper than what I paid but for this price a good deal

These gorgeous earrings arrived this morning and I am very pleased with the look of them ---- wearing them right now. They are my sixth jewelry purchase from Overstock and once again, I was not disappointed. Overstock sells over 5,000 pairs of earrings; but have very few pairs with French wire hook locks for closures. Once you wear a pair with wire hook locks, you'll probably be spoiled from posts, shepherd's hooks, huggie clasps, and leverback closures forever.....( And it would be rare for you to ever lose an earring too!! ) These earrings are comfortable AND elegant. I like the twinkly, sparkly, Marcasite area that borders the Onyx stone----they remind me of quality antique earrings---------( without the pricetag of antique jewelry ! ) Definitely "keepers."

These are alright basics. The onyx inlay was smaller than I had expected. Nothing really grabbing about them but ok for day-to-day wear.
