I received the earrings in a timely fashion, but the color was not great. The workmanship is good, but the color was so pale, looks clear and like glass.

Pretty... but... can they match please?
So I received these VERY fast, shipped and got here in about 3 days. They are much bigger in person than I thought, so that was nice. Nice design, solid, and really sparkly. Only one problem, they were two completely different shades! I called customer service and am very pleased with them and how they handle calls and complaints. They are sending out immediate replacements, noting to please check that the shades match this time, and emailed me a return label. So I will patiently wait for my new ones! P.S. green amethyst is really just mint quartz, and it's supposed to be pale! But these ARE paler than a necklace I have that is green amethyst as well. So future buyers, keep that in mind! If you want something very green, these might not be for you.

THE EARRINGS LOOKED GREAT WHEN I ORDERED THEM, BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THEM THEY WERE MUCH LIGHTER.

The earrings I received had no green color to them at all. They were a cloudy clear with the barest hint of blue.
