I ordered these necklaces for my bridesmaids for my wedding. They were a little smaller then I thought but they were ok. The color in the picture is what I ordered them for but was disappointed when I recieved them. They are not as dark in the picture in fact they are way lighter. So if your looking for something in a darker purple this is not the necklace for you.

This pendant is very pretty. The stones have a nice crisp color. The chain is very cheap so I will have to replace it. Otherwise for the money that I paid, it was a pleasant surprise. Thanks!

This piece is really pretty. The amethyst appeared a bit darker in person than online and the chain is kind of chincy but for the price I paid I can deal. I love buying jewelry from overstaock. I'm always very happy with it. It is a stunning piece. Shiny

This necklace has great value and looks expensive. The only problem is that the chain is very thin and easy to break. I wouldnt recommend wearing this all of the time because that could cause it to easily break. I would suggest buying a bigger and longer chain if you purchase this necklace.

The color was more intense in the picture. My friend got one for christmas and it was so intense with purple, thats why I order one for me for my birthday in feb. I wish the stone color was deeper.

Having read all the reviews, I may have had unrealistic expectations. The necklace is pretty and inexpensive, but it is nothing out of the ordinary. I really think it is a nice necklace, but not a WOW necklace!!

This lovely pendant, complete with chain, is elegant and a real bargain. The stones are matched in color and nicely set. I got it to give as a gift but would love to have one for myself also!

The picture looked alot bigger than what it was in real life. It was still a great gift until the small stone fell out after only she had wore it for two weeks.

I have ordered a total of SIX of these trying to get a single necklace with nice, matching stones and good color and clarity. I have a couple I would rate as 2 stars, three I would rate as 3 stars, and just one that I would rate as 4 stars. Caveat emptor; there's a reason it's only $$. If you don't expect too much, you might not be too disappointed.

The image is so pretty and the price is very low, however, the actual necklace is nothing but pure, cheap crap!!! I would never wear this, or even dare to give it as a gift. I have shopped Overstock for quite a long time and have made some wonderful purchases, including some nice jewley. This, however, is nothing but cheap crap!!!!! I WILL BE RETURNING THIS ASAP!!!!!! Looks very nice on. It looks more expensive than it is and can be worn with many different outfits.

I really like the necklace, the style, size, and price... But you get what you pay for. The stones are not the same in color. Some are a light amethyst, some are medium, some are dark. Thus, it looks mismatched.

this was perchased for an 8 year old, so the size was not a problem for me. it will fit her perfactly. the color is slightly darker than the picture, but that is because the stones are small. it is still very pretty and worth buying.

This is a lovely piece of jewelry. The chain length was perfect and totally becoming.

My 13 year old daughter LOVES this necklace. It looks sooooo much better in person than on the picture. Looks like it was bought at an expensive jewelry store or something.

The individual gemstones are almost clear. They have a very faint purplish tint, but that's it. Hardly the "vibrant" purple that is described.

The necklace was a gift for my grown granddaughter. SHe loved it. Before I sent it to her, I bought a sturdier chain. The chain with the necklace is way too flimsy. The stone colors are not very deep, but they were well matched.

I bought these for my bridesmaids and overall I was satisfied with the necklace and the price I paid for them. There was definitely variance in the stones though; some necklaces had all deep rich purple stones and others were more cloudy and pink. BUT, for the price I think it is a good buy just be aware they won't all look the same.
