I lost the back from one, so I took them off yesterday, put them in a jewelry pouch - when I got home to put them back in BOTH emeralds were out of the setting.

These earrings were a good size and value for the price. The emerald stones looked nice - they were a lighter shade of green but I knew that from reading other reviews. I thought they were beautiful! I would recommend these to anyone looking for an inexpensive pair of earrings.

the earrings function fine, but it looks like one of the earrings isn't set quite properly and one of the prongs isn't really functioning to hold very securely. Makes me want to treat the earrings with caution.

I'm wearing these as we speak. They're a pretty milky sea green I'd call just a touch bluer than green apple. I thought it was very close to the color as depicted, and the quality of the stones is perfect to the naked eye although apparently they've been enhanced in some way to make them look like this. I don't care about that, so I say "all the better" then proceed to enjoy my nice looking and inexpensive emerald earrings. Setting sticks out more than I usually care for and the metal's a bit higher polish than I normally select, but not so much that it isn't far outweighed by the things I like about these earrings. This is especially true as neither of those properties is all that noticeable when they're viewed head-on on your head.
