Glitzy Rocks Sterling Silver 1 1/5ct TGW Amethyst Solitaire Round Ring

I thought I had ordered a reasonably priced ring that would be simple and pretty, but when it arrived it just looked cheap. I know that one might say, "You get what you pay for," but I have ordered many items within the same price range from Overstock that are absolutely beautiful and that are of much better quality. Both the band and stone of the ring are quite dull. I wore the ring anyway to see if it would grow on me. Over time, the color of the stone appears to be changing. Half of the stone appears lighter than the other half as if the color is fading. The ring is comfortable to wear and true to size. One other thing that I have noticed is that the band is much thinner than it appears in the image provided. If you purchase this ring, you will be wasting your money. I have recently ordered another ring from Overstock to replace this one. I hope that it will be a ring I fall in love with and will want to wear daily!

Its ok, the stone isnt purple enough. Very light, im going to purchase a band to go with it add sparkle. I like dainty jewelry. But this one wasnt to exited about when i saw it mainly cause of the stone. Either way im keeping it, and hope a small band will make it stand out better..

I just recieved this ring and I am really very happy with it.It's dainty but durable I've had alot of compliments on it. I would recommend it .

I bought both this ring and the blue topaz solitare as gifts. The quality of the band is good, but the stone is much lighter than depicted, more of a lilac than a deep purple. It is still a really good value for the price, lots of sparkle and a great buy overall.
