I am very particular with the stone. I don't want it too dark so it would look black from afar. This one is perfect! Color is just the right deep red that I want and not orangey brown or black. It's also very sparkly! I love this new pair of earrings. The matching pendant was a disappointment though. I was so dark almost black and the stone was scratched! :-( I will return the pendant. And shipping was very fast! Thanks overstock! Keep up the good work!

Stones lacked the luster shown on stock photo but are still acceptably nice. Smaller size not really indicated, would be nice if there was a picture with scale on it.

Earrings are just as pictured. Nice size, silver look with substantial garnet and cz chips. Nice comfortable weight.

and large size! I like them very much. The CZs around the garnet really set the large stone off.

The garnets in these earrings are huge. The setting is great from the front, the only thing keeping this from being a 5-star review is the back of the setting: the back looks slightly poorly crafted... like play jewelry. t's open in the back (so light goes thru and lights up the stone, otherwise it'd be really dark), which is great, but i feel like if someone saw the back of earring on my ear they would think cheap jewelry. But hey, that's what i bought- cheap jewelry. For $** it was WAY worth the price. The front looks amazing, and I doubt anyone will care about the back. definitely recommend to anyone thinking of buying garnets!

i bought these to wear with my brown dress and it worked gr8 with that color. The size is small but it does show off well and the CZ add some spark to the overall look .

Nice for the price & perfect for the holidays - the garnets are a gorgeous deep red & they're fairly comfortable on (a little heavy, but not bad). The CZs are too small to really sparkle, but they add a little shine around the edges. Overall, an elegant, classy & formal look. My only real complaint is that Overstock shipped these in a small bubble mailer w/ no protective box (the earrings were loose in a tiny plastic baggie), so the posts were badly bent when they arrived.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the earrings. They are slightly smaller than they appear online but they are very attractive and sparkle. I would definitely recommend them.

I purchased these earrings to match an antique white gold and garnet cocktail ring, and I planned on wearing the set to my upcoming wedding. I can honestly say they are so much more beautiful then I expected them to be. When I opened the package, they took my breath away. They are a tad bigger in person then in the picture and the "diamonds" are not very firey in person, but the style is very classic and I am sure I will get a ton of compliments every time I wear them.
